Fascial Maneuvers

My private sessions are carefully crafted to address your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain or simply want to increase your body awareness, I've got you covered.

Meditation

Meditation can often be misunderstood. It’s not just about sitting still and clearing your mind of all thoughts; it’s more about developing the ability to take a step back and observe our thoughts, without getting caught up in them. My approach to facilitation is focused on demystifying meditation, making it accessible and enjoyable, and helping each person to discover their unique experience. I believe that everyone has the potential to connect with their inner peace and cultivate a joyful, balanced life.

Sound Medicine

Water is a powerful and essential element in our lives, making up over half of our bodies. I harness the healing power of sound to help clients achieve balance and optimal wellness. My approach is rooted in the belief that using frequencies to rearrange the waters in our bodies can facilitate healing on a cellular level. Private sessions are designed to help ease physical and emotional blocks and promote overall wellness.

Yoga

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at 612 Jungle, where I was able to learn various techniques to incorporate into my practice. However, my true passion lies in restorative yoga, which allows for a deeper level of relaxation and healing of the body and mind. I am available for private and small group sessions by appointment, and would be delighted to work with you to tailor a yoga experience specific to your individual needs and preferences.
