Service Description

This class begins with 30 minutes for connection and indulging in plant medicine with other cannabis enthusiasts. Following the social half hour we will move inside for a 60 minutes sound bath encouraging you to drop into your body and the present moment. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow to relax on during the sound bath!
